Gynaecomastia or breast development in men, is a devastating issue for sufferers from adolescence to late middle age. Usually associated with problems of the endocrine system, the condition causes extreme distress.

This documentary follows three men, from the UK and the US who were undergoing various treatments including radical breast surgery and talks to others who have learned to live with their breasts.
